Q: What areas do you service?
A: I service all of DFW and surrounding areas. I come directly to your home, workplace or preferred location.
Q: Do you bring your own water and elctricity?
A: Not currently, BUT! Plans are in place to be full service come early 2026!
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can book directly on the website, just click any of the "Book Now" or "Book Service" buttons, select your package and vehicle size. Don't forget about any add-on services you would like and submit. Payment is collected after service. You may also go to the contact page, fill out the form, hit the message us button in the bottom left corner of any page on the website, or contact us through your preferred means (call, text, email or any social media direct message!
Q: How long does a detail take?
A: Most details take 2-4 hours, depending on the condition and size of the vehicle and package you choose. Full details or heavily soiled/stained vehilces may take anywhere from 3-8
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay,, can send a payment link for ACH payments, Cash and all major Credit/Debit cards.
Payment is completed after service or by terms of invoice.
Q: Do I need to be presend during the detail?
A: No- you're free to go about your day, I'll notify you when service is complete. Keys are handed back after payment is complete.
Q: What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
A: I work weather permitting. If the weather is too severe to detail safely or effectvly, I'll reach out to reschedule at no extra cost.
Q: Do you clean heavily soiled or pet hair filled vehilcles?
A: Yes, but extra time, labor and charges may apply. If your vehicle needs extra attention, you'll see "add-ons" during the booking process.
Q: Will detailing remove sratches?
A: Light scratches, swirl marks, and surface imperfections can often be reduced or removed with polishing. Deep scratcjes may not fully come out or may need to be repainted or have body work done.
Q: How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
A: For best results, I recommend a full detail every 3-6 months with maintenance washes and details in between to fully protect your vehicle.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! digital eGift Cards are available on the website and can be used for my detailing packages. Just hit the navigation button, find gift cards, and place your order. eGift Cards can be sent by text message or email and can be saved in text messages, emails or to apple wallets.
